StorStockholms Bärgningtjänst AB / Greater Stockholm Towing Service AB (SSBT) has become Sweden´s largets independent towing and recovery company. We have 24 employees and 17 towing vehicles. Our business operates primarily in the greater Stockholm Region with stations in Stockholm and Uppsala.
We are also contracted by Volvo Action Service as the sole provider of towing services for Volvo Truck Center in the East region.
All recovery vehicles are owned by SSBT. We also provide recovery services over the whole of Sweden through our partners in the Swedish Rescue Service.
Our own emergency centre is located at Liljeholmen in Stockholm, and is runs by emergency personnel we have personally trained.
SSBT also provides a driver service, known as Pilot Service, where we transport vehicles to service workshops, paint shops, vehicle inspection, and other locations on request.
