StorStockholms Bärgningstjänst AB also operates a driver service, which we call Pilot Service, where we provide transport companies that have large vehicle fleets with transport assistance to and from workshops, paint shops, vehicle inspection, and other locations.
For example, customers that leave their vehicles at Bilia Lastbil's workshops can also have their vehicles officially inspected in conjunction with the repairs and service. We take care of the transport via driver rental between the inspection centre and the workshops.
We drive all of Poståkeriet's vehicles in Stockholm to the inspection centre, and take care of transport to and from various workshops for service and small repairs. Most of these movements take place outside normal working hours due to workshops and inspection centres having started to open in the evenings and on weekends. We also take care of the transport to the inspection centre in Arninge of all the airport buses based at Råstadepån.
In conjunction with our assistance contract with Busslink, a subcontract has been entered into whereby we take care of the transport of all buses between the inspection centre, depots, etc. The StorStockholm Pilot Service is much appreciated, and we believe it has great future potential.
